I help organizations design better futures for people. As a Strategic Design and Foresight consultant, I work with organizations to design products, services and strategies based on deep and original human insights as well as emerging issues and trends. I'm particularly interested in pushing forward the theory and practice of strategic design by incorporating organizational design, systemic design, transition design and design futures. I also work in academia as a lecturer and researcher at various institutions such as Universidad Iberoamericana and CENTRO. I hold a PhD as well as an MA Cybernetic Culture, both from the School of Cultural and Innovation Studies of the University of East London, and an undergraduate degree in Communications from the Universidad Iberoamericana.
