Dr Annah Kyoya is one of the African Futurists committed to strategic and foresight leadership. Kyoya is the founder of Leadership Impressions Ltd (www.leadershipimpressions.com), the President and principal trainer with Apex Leadership Dialogues, a member of the Association of Professional Futurists (APF), and one of the five 2021 Emmerging Fellows with European Futures Observatory Prior to joining consultancy in strategic and foresight leadership, Dr. Kyoya worked with International NGOs for over 25 years in 12 African countries where she facilitated sustainable development. Driven by her passion for ethical and foresight leadership, Dr. Kyoya founded Apex Leadership Dialogue, a forum through which she trains young professionals and facilitates professional dialogues through engagement of various generations in the workplace. Dr. Kyoya holds a doctor of strategic leadership with a major on strategic foresight (Regent University), double masters degree in social work/disaster management, and theology/development, as well as an undergraduate degree in agriculture and home economics.
