Changeist is an international foresight and strategy partnership founded in 2007, working with governments, NGOs, private-sector, cultural and educational institutions to strengthen foresight capacity, develop networked insights for anticipation, and increase public engagement with the future.
We have worked in dozens of countries and cultures, across multiple languages, to improve and connect civil society, the commercial sector, and international organizations' ability to identify and realise just, sustainable, and livable futures.

Future of Arts and Culture
Co-imagined, designed and led a unique online foresight exploration of possible futures for arts and culture sectors globally post-Covid, tapping over 200 sector professionals for their insights into key drivers of change and their potential impacts. Outputs included identification of global, sector and regional drivers, and development of three qualitative scenarios for the next decade, feeding curated online discussions with industry experts. Supported by Arup and Therme Group, outputs of this project were previewed in December 2021, with public release in January 2022.
