Julius is based in Nairobi, Kenya. He is currently at the Maastricht School of Management (MSM) where he is a Senior Consultant. He has previously worked with African Centre for Economic Transformation (ACET) and at Dedan Kimathi University of Technology (DeKUT). He has experience in Futures Literacy and has worked in countries such as Kenya, South Africa and Ghana. Julius has worked as a Futures Researcher for many years and he will be participating as a Futurist, Researcher, and Development Practitioner. Dr Julius Gatune was a Senior Policy Advisor at ACET and has extensive experience in long tern planning. Prior to joining ACET, Julius worked at McKinsey & Co. Julius has a Ph. D in Policy Analysis for the Pardee RAND Graduate School and Masters in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. He is a fellow at Frederick S. Pardee Centres for study of the Future at University and at the University of Denver
