The organization is focusing on changing how hands on skills work is perceived and debunking the thoughts that women can not be engaged in manufacturing and design work. This is through a project known as SHE-Builds . This is a female-focused skill empowerment program aiming at building the capacity of young women of ages between 18 years and 35 with hands-on skills in manufacturing and its related fields
