Director and Founder of the Bioeconomy Foresight and Innovation Laboratory "Biofuture Lab". He is currently a member of the Coordinating Committee of the Open Network of Foresight and Innovation for Latin America and the Caribbean and coordinator of the "Articulation of Foresight and Innovation Laboratories in Latin America and the Caribbean" component of the foresight thematic network of the Ibero-American Programme of Science and Technology for Development of CYTED. She was a specialist in Methodology, Foresight, Future Studies and Innovation at the National Centre for Strategic Planning of Peru - CEPLAN. He has been a member of the Working Group on Standards issued by the National Strategic Planning Directive of CEPLAN, of the Working Group on Technology Watch and Competitive Intelligence led by the Ministry of Production, of the Working Group on Cluster Support led by the National Competitiveness Council, of the Steering Committee of the National Programme for Agricultural Innovation (PNIA) and of the Steering Council of the National Programme for Scholarships and Educational Credit (PRONABEC). He has extensive experience as a consultant, speaker, facilitator and/or teacher in Foresight, Strategic Intelligence, Strategic Planning, Business Models and Innovation for various institutions.
