A Brazilian diplomat and deputy Permanent Representative of Brazil to the WTO in Geneva. In Brasília, I served as deputy-director of policy planning at the office of the Foreign Minister’s policy planning staff; and head of the Itamaraty's division of international trade in agriculture & commodities. His missions abroad include chief economic counsellor at the Brazilian Embassy to China; trade negotiator at the WTO in Geneva; and secretary at the Brazilian Embassy to Peru.
