Soqid is the founder and design engineer at reBlocks, which is an innovative social enterprise developing alternative building materials to existing carbon intensive cement. They aim to reduce carbon emissions from the built environment whilst reducing the cost of housing in Nigeria and Sub-Saharan Africa. reBlocks is being seeded with €5,000 by the the Kingdom of Netherlands Government, through its Orange Corners Incubation program, to support its product and business development in order to achieve market fit.
