As the founder of Eagle Wings Organization, she has been instrumental in mobilizing and building the capacity of young women and youths from vulnerable communities in Kisumu County to identify and address the social needs within their community. In addition to her work in the community, Saraphina is also the CEO of Appo Money Limited, a Kenyan-based Fintech company that has developed a mobile money interoperable application that provides value-added services to mobile money agents across all telcom networks in Kenya. With a background in Community Health and Development, Saraphina is well-versed in the needs and challenges facing young people and women in humanitarian settings.
With over five years of valuable experience working with young people and women, Saraphina possesses excellent interpersonal skills and is deeply passionate about promoting human rights and gender equality.
