Gabriel is a specialist in public policies, strategic prospective and innovation. From the vice-presidency, he has led the development of the Institute of the Future since 2018. He was a member of the Global Scanning Network of the Copenhagen Institute of Future Studies and the Public Management area of ​​Support Consulting. He has collaborated on projects with the WHO, the Greater London Authority and the Danish Design Centre. He has a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from the University of Sussex, UK. He trained in strategic foresight with the London School of International Futures. He is currently a candidate for a Master of Public Administration in Innovation, Public Policy and Public Value at the Institute of Innovation and Public Purpose at University College London (UCL).
