Gabriel is a specialist in public policies, strategic prospective and innovation. From the vice-presidency, he has led the development of the Institute of the Future since 2018. He was a member of the Global Scanning Network of the Copenhagen Institute of Future Studies and the Public Management area of Support Consulting. He has collaborated on projects with the WHO, the Greater London Authority and the Danish Design Centre. He has a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from the University of Sussex, UK. He trained in strategic foresight with the London School of International Futures. He is currently a candidate for a Master of Public Administration in Innovation, Public Policy and Public Value at the Institute of Innovation and Public Purpose at University College London (UCL).
