I have worked with a variety of companies using scenarios to reframe how the future could play out and develop resilient plans in rapidly changing environments. His approach is based on Pierre Wack' s original thinking developed at Shell, and is documented in the book " Scenario Planning in Organizations " published by Berrett - Koehler Publishers. He is a researcher, focused on generating new knowledge about the effects and outcomes of scenario planning. He teaches courses in scenario planning and organizational change at Colorado State University, where he is also the Director of the Scenario Planning Institute.
