Leads the design and development of specialized strategic studies in Technology, Economy, Society, Politics, Environment for the Peruvian Government with foresight approacy; the design, development and implementation of the National Foresight Observatory, a web platform with key information of trends, risks, opportunities, scenarios, disruptive events for strategic planning and decision-making processes; amd a multidisciplinary team of experts for the development and application of economic and systemic models for prospective and strategic analysis. Designed and coordinated the involvement of multiple stakeholders towards achieving a consensus on Peru’s 2050 National Vision at the highest level of policies in the country, the National Accord.
