A policy communications specialist with a focus in application of Foresight approaches in the international development sector combining Strategic Communications, Knowledge Management and Geopolitical risk analysis. His current research work addresses the time lapse process in resolution of intractable conflicts in the Horn and East Africa region when explored from an end state dimension of peace and security. The fusion of Foresight approaches, every day realities and geopolitical stakes present a novel approach to solving conflicts and this application will hopefully be of value to African peace and security architecture scholars, peacebuilders and Governments.
