Bes earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in engineering from Duke University and a Master of Strategic Foresight from the University of Houston. In addition to foresight engagements and futures research projects across a diverse spectrum of domains, her professional background includes preclinical research and development of novel biomaterials for implantable cardiovascular devices and clinical research strategy, planning, and operations for clinical development of new medical and biological therapies.
Bes brings strong data analysis and communication skills, a passion for learning, a creative problem-solving approach, and a positive and collaborative leadership style to her project teams. She loves developing foresight-driven strategic solutions with a long view to identify desired futures and chart pathways to create the change necessary to achieve these preferred futures.
